• The email address associated with your Cozy Table account.
• Your order number, if your question concerns a purchase.
• A short description and screenshot of the issue, without passwords or full payment-card details.

Payment security

Payment credentials are entered only on our payment processor’s secure checkout. Cozy Table does not request card numbers by email and does not store full card details.
